Before the marriage to the prince, and have their dream wedding, Kate Middleton is a city girl your average small. Now Kate married Prince William, she has a new title: "Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge" ... and what appears to be a new nose!
After photographs of her before she started dating Prince William, seems to have had a nose to repair the bridge and tip of nose. But I think Kate Middleton nose job turned out great, so I hope this will stop with the plastic surgery while he was in front. Unfortunately, this is difficult to do when you are a young woman who lived her life in the public eye!
